the rocker assembly bolts in and out of the head though, the design has nothing in common with the way previous heads were designed. I do not see anything in that article that even addresses the fact that you will unbolt not just the cams, but also the rocker arms, rocker shafts and so on to remove the head.
All that article does is describe the engines and the technology, it does not address interchangeability in any way. I wish I could find the thread that I originally saw that discussed the possibility of interchanging the rocker assemblies. I suspect that the only diff between the head castings may be at most the machined boss to hold the LMA, and it may very well be that a machine shop can fix that easily.

actually, you can only put the tsx rockers on a k20a3 head. On a k24a head, the rockers need to be trimmed, so it is no no..
A machine shop adding the holders for the LMA.... good luck with that.. I highly doubt it... If you really want to do something like this... just buy a new 2006 Civic Si head from honda.. bare head... cost is under $400.... If you have a friend that works for honda... much cheaper.
So, the CRV head has no lost motion assembly holders... the rockers will not fit 100%, and the valvetrain geometry is totally different from what I understand.
