Default OBD2 H22 in a EK Civic? What's this immobilizer about? Any way around it?

Planning to stick to OBD2 H22 swap for EK Civic; I read something about the immobilizer, I'm guessing the ignition key. Any way to get around this? Also, will my stock P2P ecu work for this swap. Should I go OBD1 or OBD2. Any advice from your past experience will help me do this right the first time. Thanks.
