I think you should. I had a k24 for my accord but parts are kind of expensive. If you got the money for it, go for it. Hasport I believe is making mounts for your year.

they already have made the mounts your looking at about 650 for the mounts...your going to need a customize and fab alot of stuff...the motor itself is cheap but parts are expensive like ocatane stated but the gains are NUTS they respond much better then the F and the H...but straight out of the box performance i would say the H...so just stick with an H also you can get it smog legal as well

Actually my 95' Accord(for sale) was the first of it's year to have a K series that Hasport installed and they should be releasing the kit or maybe already out. And let me tell you the fun it was to put it back to a F22 after having a K in it! And if you're wonderting, I bought it without the engine or it would still be in there.

I'll probably get in trouble for posting this link but WTF!

K-swap would be cool for bragging rights or if you got money to blow. Best bang for your buck though would be a boosted F(obviously, since you have it) or boosted H.

I'd do the F20 before a K also. I bought the car without drivetrain so I'm ok with it. Hasport was just experimenting with swapping the K and the guy who owned it previous to me took it out to install it in an EG hatch.
