Default Just swapped in a B18b1 into my cx and turboed it

I just put in my built B18b in my cx...it has 8.8:1 compression pistons...eagle rods in the block... and crower dual springs, ti retainers, and crower valves in the cyclinder head.... i put the engine in the other day and i started it... it idles really rough.... the gas is one old, do you guys think thats the reason why its idling like ****....and when i have the vacuum line on the FPR connected.. the engine stalls...but it runs well with that vacuum line open.... any ideas??? thanks
