Default just install walbro 255lp HP

i have a H22 swap into my eg hatch... the problem is that with this fuel pump, when i first start my car the RPM sits at 1000 - 1200 rpm and then a minute later it rise to the 1500 rpm... why does this happen... does anyone has the same problem???

I do, but with an OE Si fuel pump. Do you have an older JDM swap? I beleive the FITV to be the culprit..

the idles is clean... it doesn't jerk back and fourth... it doesn't jump to up the rpm it slowly climbs up there... it only does it when i start it in the cold morning start... after when it is warmed up it starts fine and normal... i don't know if i'm losing fuel pressure or what the heck is going on.... what do u guys think???

its just the beast. i have 2 h22 that do that. for a while i coudlnt figure it out. i think its beacause there is a little leak on one of the gaskets. they are paper and tey do get old. but once it warms up its fine. try bleeding your coolent line and make sure your coolent level and mixture is right
