Default just finish the swap now I need a little help

well my question is would the car wont run if you dont have the vtec 's connectors on the vtec solenoid valve ?
would the engine run with the stock 93 civic hb cx ecu ? just for a testing ?

yes it would run, but crappy.
Does your stock 93 civic hb cx ecu have Vtec? It doesn't
I would just get the correct ecu for the motor for testing.

no it doesnt well yesterday we try to start it just for a few sec but the starter crank it it doesnt fire or or something I didnt have the 2 vtec things plug in the harmnes would that be why

You can still have an "automatic" ECU on a 5spd and it will still turn over and run...

Yeah I know, but i was talking about the swap itself not the ecu. If he did a auto to manual swap he might have not connected the proper wires together on the auto shifter's harness. That could be a reason why it won't start.
