experience with the shop or gears? I've got a set of JG cam gears on my 00 Si and really like them. Made well with lots of bolts for security.

i actually had them and the teeth on the gear wore out. my timing belt slipped and... well you know what happens next

if you can afford it the spoon gears are nice. they are made by toda for spoon. also i had the skunk 2 gears and didnt care for them. the endyn gears look real nice and they are reasonable

any gear without aluminum teeth
which pretty much means the ones mentioned above but it'll be worth it in the long run
