ok, so i have a 2000 civic with jdm h22a swapped in. i didnt do the swap, i bought the car 2 weeks ago with it already done...i really cant even say the swap is done, cuz of how ****ed up the wiring is. before i get a new harness for it, i want to figure out my start up issue. when i start the car when its cold, the engine will instantly fall on its face. if i try and save it, it will backfire through the intake, and then the car wont start for an hour. i am running very rich, becuase i tink te kid who did the swap dosent have the right resistors wired into the harness. i really need help figuring out what is wrong, oh and when the car starts, it smells of raw gas for about a minute...kinda scary cuz it gets pretty bad.
