Default jdm front clip

I was thinking about getting a front clip from a 92-95 civic si from japan. I wanted to convert my car over to right hand drive (i think this is legal in the states?) The japan si came with the b16a, correct? What do you guys think the cost of the clip would be shipped, or would i be better off importing the entire car? any ideas?

you should be able to get the clip including dash, for undrer $5k, look to canada for it though the importers there seem to get more clips then cali, plus it usally ends up being cheaper (exchange rate)
