JDM B16A SiR1 to JDM B18C
i have completed a search with not the best results i was hoping for
i have a 90 Si hatch with a 1st gen B16 in already, and i have a chance to pick up the 180 Hp JDM B18C long block with no manifolds. can some one tell me if i hook up all my manifolds and sensors to this motor will it run it( i know it wont have the full power), or can some one find a thread for me where i can read up on it.
i greatly appreciate it
shane

Quick answer: No, the B16A intake manifold (PR3 head bolt pattern) will not bolt up to a GSR head (P72 bolt pattern) w/out modifying & cutting done. The easiest solution, find a GSR intake manifold or Skunk2 manifold for the GSR and then you can swap over your sensors and everything.
