ITR muffler question

Default ITR muffler question

will an ITR muffler bolt on a Ek hatch w/o modifications? or would i have to trim some off the axle back piping off in order for the muffler to fit. has anybody done this? let me know.

I have an ITR muffler on my setup and it is a very snug fit to put it lightly.. It fits perfectly though.. The shop will be able to make it fit fine though.. I had the shop convert my dc 4-1 to a 2.5" collector, 2.5" high-flow cat, 2.5" piping to the itr muffler.. Yes a section of piping will have to be sawed off, but that's no problem for them.. I cut the tip off about 1/4-1/2" away from the muffler body and painted the edge flat black to match.. Worked perfectly
