internals for h22?
I haven't seen any stroker kits. But you can bore it out to probably 90 mm and run 2390ish cc's, I believe which is almost 2.4 L
there are forged pistons available for the h22, with the 87 mm bore as well, but you will have to have the block resleeved due to FRM sleeves.
as for power, i have no clue. depends on the compression ratio, the cam lift/duration, port flow, type if intake, exhaust, etc.

not if you have it resleeved. The H22 uses FRM (fiber reinforced metal) and is different from B series sleeves.
Forged aluminum pistons and H22 stock sleeves will not work together. You'll end up melting/warping the sleeves down and the motor will cease after a while and have to be re-honed and sleeved, anyway.
Even Wiseco & JE highly rcommend resleeving the block.
