Default Integra or Civic Parts?

Hey guys, I've recently acquired a 97 Civic HB, a perfect candidate for a B18C1. What i'm wondering is after the transplant, if i wanted to get an exhaust, etc I would get one for a GSR right? Would the fitment be off on any of the parts...like not enough clearance and things like that. I'm new to the hybrid world but hopefully I'll gain some insight from u guys, thanks a lot.

If you needed an exhaust, you would get one for a civic, and have your civic convertor modded to fit the GSR downpipe.
good luck,
Jared
