out of the b16a intake mani and the 96 ls (obd2) mani which is better?

They won't interchange.

Because the bolt pattern on the cylinder heads are different between the LS and B16.

If your using a b16 head you need a b16,itr or aftermarket manifold.If your using a gsr head you need a gsr or aftermarket manifold.Some of the aftermarket manifolds will fit b16,itr and gsr.
