Ok I work at toyota and me and the inspection guy are members here, and we were talking and wondering if i did a B18C spec R OBD1 motor into my 00Si how would i pass inspection if you have to do an inspection on the year model car and in the state of NC we have OBD2 scan instead of the sniffer test, so if i was running OBD1 i couldnt do that, any input??
