Hey guys, I bought a block from somebody on the partstrader ads. I sent him the money through paypal and he accepted it. He said that he would send me the block on monday(4-30-01)and email me a tracking number...He never answered me back after like 6 emails requesting the tracking number or the block itself...HOw can I find out who he is for real? Can paypal help me out, or am I fucked?
