I hate to be a pain.......

So i'll be quick, i have 03 accord lx, and i live in texas, and i was wondering if there was anybody out here' that has done the H22 swap, if so i would like to know the places you used, and how much work was involved(if you were so informed) i would appreciate any response(cept for flaming) thanx
