Default I didnt know where to post this but help me out.

hey guys... I figure since im building a poor mans type R id come here..
This is what I have so far...
96 gsr block complete
99 b16 head complete with R manifold
Im doin a allmotor buildup I want it streetable wiht a higher comp level I plain on using Hondata.

I was thinking about boring the block to as big as possible and sleeve it for security from there on i know not what to get.. Whats your opinions thanks.

Its goin into a obd1 converted CRX Hf by the way.

if you're sleeving then you can go as high as 85/86mm from GE or few others. if you're boring the stock sleeves then .25 over is the highest you can go.

there is no need for blockguard so don't even think about it.

to keep the costs low:
bore/hone the block to .25, slap some CTR .25 slugs
P&P head with some wild cams and valvetrain and be done.

Thanks... But If i bore and sleeve the blcok to 85mm... What about the cylinder head cumbustion area will that have to be made bigger? Isnt it the same size as the pistons 81mm... Andthen if its bigger wont compression ratio be off? thanksagain
