How to test resistor box?
My H22 del sol is not running right. I checked the resistance of all the injectors, they all read between 12-13ohms. Are these OBD1 or OBD2? I know I have the resistor box wired up right, just not sure if it is working correctly. How do I check it and what should the readings be?

You have high impedance injectors....why are you using the resistor box?
But to test the box, there will be one common wire that is internally connected to one leg of each resistor. There will also be 4 other wires which lead back to the individual resistors. Just keep one meter lead on the common wire and measure the resistance between it and the 4 individual wires.

Honda ECUs want to see a total injector impedance of around 12-13 ohms. Saturated style injectors are around 12-13 ohms while the peak/hold variety are around 2-3ohms (hence the need for the resistor box which contains 4 10 ohm resistors).
Now, if the injectors you're using measure out to 12-13 ohms, as you've stated they do, then you don't need the resistor box.
