Default FBR K20-1

Here at FBR we are in the middle of two swaps, K20 into an EG & K20 into EK. We are using the Hybrid-Racing kit on the EG and everything has worked out perfect so far. Will & those guys are good people. The EG is a 1993 EG CX h/b w/ 1400 mile 2002 Civic Si K20 5 speed. Here at FBR we plan on taking advantage of the new swap by manufactoring some custom kits to help out with simplifing the swap. We just finished the design of a aluminum direct fit radiator with both OEM HONDA coolant sensors that need to be added to the EG to run the EG cluster and coolant fan for the swap. Also, peep out the custom fuel lines and clutch master cylinder lines. We kept all the messurments so if you have question feel free to contact us. We are going to use the HONDATA K-Pro system to run the car, and see where it goes from there. When FBR K20-2 starts I'll post some pictures.

If you are using the K20A3 found in the Civic Si, then you will be doing some waiting because Hondata has not released the Hondata K-Pro for the A3 yet.

The swap looks friggin awesome in your hatch man!!! I love it.

Make sure you put the water temp sensor up top so you get an accurate water temp reading. They need to be near the engine outlet, not the inlet. Fan switch at the bottom though.

As for the exhuast manifold clearing the rack, you can use the top half of the OEM exhuast manifold but the bottom half is never going to work. You gotta do it your self or buy the $750 piece!! As for the radiator we are going to have all the sensors for the k-series swap addressed. It gonna be a super clean piece. I'll post pic's as soon as I get them on my website. Thanks.
