how can you tell if a head has been milled?

most reputable shops will stamp the amount milled on the head

there is a square cutout in the head measure out deap it is compare to stock measurements, I dont know where you can find the specs, but that how you tell how much been removed from the head.

I dont have pics, because of digital issues, and my head is in the garage miles away. but someone on here should know or have access to a head and camera.

you know if its been milled if it looks it has a cross hatch, like inside of the sleeves, not exactly but similar

Anybody have a helms manual?

EDIT: they have them on ebay for cheap. And I would look up the limits but they are on my other pc but it down.
