Ok, I could just say 'do a search on H22 CIVIC' cuz that would answer all of these, but I will help out. . Here goes.
1) Del Sol VTEC is a dual core small radiator. It will work perfect. the stocker works great if you're not in a hot environment too..
remove a/c for big one? or can i buy a fatter one?
2) Up to you. A 90 Accord fuel rail works, I believe. I jsut extended my fuel line. It's up to you.
3) Depends again on what you want. what kind of springs do you have? What do you want? a daily driver? a drag car? etc.?
4) That's more than fine. Stock wires/plugs work beautifully for these.
5) Be sure you check and re-check your wiring harness. that's the trickiest part. Good luck.

Tim said pretty much it. But let me answer 'em as well
1) Del Sol VTEC or Civic Automatic radiator with Spal slim fan, or get an aluminum radiator
2) Custom fuel line to reach from the fuel filter, or get a 90 acccord fuel rail.
3) You will want the 1.9 springs in the front and the 1.5 in the back. The front springs have a stiffer spring rate for a reason.
4) Sure. Drop the Bosch plugs though. Get some NGK's from Honda
5) What else do you need to know? I'm not sure the status of your swap. So more details and we can help you further.

1) 94-97 del Sol VTEC dual core radiator. a 99-00 Civic Si radiator also will work.
2)
3) 1.9 is definitely the front. NP btw.

personally i think the throw of the stock shifter is pretty short anyway.. does anyone use a short throw adapter on their h22 civic? oh and BTW.. is it just me or do the prelude cables feel alot smoother/better than the rod type shift linkages? i love that ****.. less missed gears!!

I love it stock.
And dude, you hit the nail on the head. I remember when Tom was spouting off about how the cables feel vague and gross...BS!! They a off the freakin chain.
I'll never go back to rods.
