Default hf "all motor"

ok guys, how many of you have done a hf all motor swap.....hf with the dx head with a mpfi upgrade.....come on i know yall are out there...would love some tips or a explicit how to thread/artical....

The HF engine is not worth the time or money to upgrade IMHO, put a d16Y8 or a d16z6 in there and have some fun.
