Default Help on wiring!

Ok so right I have the swap almost done, it's just the wiring that's holding me back.

It's a 2000 civic dx with a jdm 96 spec itr going in.

My problem is that my D series ecu plug in won't plug in into my jdm 96 itr ecu. What do I need to do to fix this?? Is there any way to fix this without using a different engine harness? Anyone have this problem before?

Thanks in advance!
