Default HELP!!!!! TransMission?? or Vtec??? or ECU????

Here is the deal:

I have a 90 Acura Integra w/swap, B18C3 (euro gsr, or R dont know) anyway. I purchased the car with the swap and it has a B16 cable tranny. The PROBLEM is, my car revs pretty high. Meaning, when i am in 5th gear, going about 80mph, my car is up in the 5k rpm. When I floor the throttle it goes, dont get me wrong, but it dies at 7k rpm & 110 mph as if i had a governor.

My car revs till 8k rpm cause of the euro spec, but anyway i dont know if it is a Vtec problem, or a transmission problem, or could it be an ECU problem. . Any info would help me out thanks H-T.

P.S. I have a obd0 Ecu...

____or____ could it be a knock sensor?

what chip are you running maka?? are you sure its obd0 or is it converted to obd1????? find out what ecu are you running . transmission is not the problem . you can rev the gears to 8k in the other 4 gears but it only goes to 7 in 5th and cuts out at 110? sounds like fuel cutoff to me

knock sensor only retards timing when it senses knocking , and also adds fuel . but wouldnt cause this problem
