Yes and yes.You can swap out any of the mounts withough pulling the motor.If you want a good rear mount try jimfab.com or get yourself some hasport mounts.You cant go wrong with either.

basically those mounts are called torque mounts, and they do just that, limit the amount of torque movement the motor makes, when you replace stock mounts with the hasport or any other Hard Polyerathane, then yes basically you dont need those anymore since the 3main mounts dont move anywhere near what they use to, plus this is going to increase vibration (new more solid mounts), but at same time reducing some vibration getting rid of the other 2, we do custom polyerathane mount inserts (fix/repair oil ones, SOLID STYLE race mounts), if interested email me, and ill send some pics

Same the money and just get the jimfab rear mount,its like $50 but or like $100 with the tq mounts.Then get yourself some hasport tranny and driver side mount.
