So im planning on swapping my b20b block with a b16 a2 block out of a 99 si what all is required to be capable to do so. will I have to swap axles? Ecu? Etc...first time swapping a motor with the help of a friend.its going into my 92 eg si already have a b16 head for it.any negative comments keep scrolling...

These swaps have been done to death. Have you checked the links in the FAQs? And you're swapping a B for a B. Physically it's practically the same thing. Why you think you can run the same ECU escapes me though.

OP: everything will swap over, B20 vtec's have been done to death.. Switch up to any OBD1 ECU, Socket and chip it, then have the whole thing tuned (before starting & driving)

Where can I buy an obd1 ecu and chip it?or does it already come chipped?
