Default Help with OBD2A B20 in OBD2B 2000 Si

Running the Si engine harness.
OBD2B to OBD1 harness under the dash.
P28 chipped with a B20 program.

Everything plugged up, Si harness onto the B20. I'm kind of in the dark as to whether the distributor needs rewriting or not.
It starts but idles like a Harley and stalls out if I don't hold the pedal steady. Doesn't want to rev at all.

Throws a code 14, IACV. I'm sure there's some air in the cooling system. Vacuum lines arent perfect, the old B16 had a large vacuum port at the top of the manifold to the evap canister/purge solenoid.

Main questions: does the distributor need rewiring? Can I get rid of the evap system or just T it off another line (PCV valve?)

I need to find a proper upper rad hose before I mess with it further but I could really use some clarification on the distributor wiring. TIA

Dumb mistake, had the wrong plug on the IACV.

Distributor doesn't need to be rewired. EM1 dizzy plug matches that of OBD2 integra/B20. About 25 searches to finally find that info.

Still wondering about pulling out the evap system.
