Help I cannot get rid of code 10

Help I cannot get rid of code 10
Car-97 Civic hatchback
Motor-96 GSR
Harness-98 Ex
I have had this damn code 10(iat sensor) for 2 weeks and everything I do does nothing. On the harness for iat there are 2 wires..(black/yellow) and (red/yellow).. I have the black yellow going to the black wire on the iat sensor and the red yellow going to the green wire on the iat..I even tryed switching colors yet nothing. Any advice I really appreciate

what ecu are you running? OBDI or OBDII?
