i got my motor rebuilt and now i cnat get it started. the cams were 180 degrees off but i do not think it bent any valves. we did a compression test and the best we got after playing with the cam gears is 1-95, 2-75, 3-85, 4-82. i haveent put the plugs in it and tried to start it after playing with the gears, but before it was sneezing out of the intake. so i am pretty sure it is mechanical timing. i an wondering if there is any little thing that i could have missed i/e a connector that i haven't hooked up or something else. also i do not have a vehicle speed sensor because it got stolen. could that be the reason that it wont start? any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

when u turn the key do u hear the fuel pump turn on and do your dash lights come on? if they do, check if u have any codes. the car should start w/o the speed sensor. those compression numbers are awfully low. by the way, what motor/car is this?
