Help: h22a civic with idling prob.
H22a civic I picked up couple weeks ago from a guy. Ran great. Gutted it and now after the car warms up it does the whole rev up and down. As soon as I start moving it stops
The guy said I might need a fuel pressure reg but that's it.
Questions are: what could be causing this idling?
How do I test to see if it indeed needs a fpr

I'm running a phearable p28 I believe and yes check engine light is on. I was running fine before. Ok I'll check that anything else?

Yeah I just fixed the same problem on my car about a month ago. Bleed coolant for sure like notaracist said. When I had the problem I only had a cel for my 02 sensor. I bought a new 02, Cleaned my iac, and bleed coolant. Started her up waited untill it got warm and never rev bounced again. Goodluck

Ok gonna do that thanks another question is how do I tell if a fpr is bad? The guy I bought it from said it will prolly need one.
