Default Help with H22 swap?

Ok here's whats up. The car is a 92 hatch with a jdm h22, ok I put the pass. side axle in with no problems at all, I put the drivers side axle in with no problems untill I go to try and put the ball joint in. The ball joint is like a .25-.50 of an inch off, what i mean is the ball joint is too far out for the lower control arm. Im not sure exactly what I should do?? Has anyone else had this problem?? The axles are correct the motor is sitting straight. Im kinda stumped. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The Axles are from ABC if that helps. They say that they are for the EG but they could be off.

Sounds like inner CV bearings are not in place. It's just a matter of positioning it. That or the axles are too long.

Hey thanks poison again. They worked I just had to position them like you said. Now I have another problem though. Im not getting any fuel at all. I know its the fuel pump too because its not kicking on, also im not getting any fuel to the rail. ?????? I checked the relay and replaced it with the one off of my running teg??? What else should I check?

relay, did you mean swapping the main relay?

have you replaced the fuel pump at all? check the connections, check fuses. look at all the fuse diagrams (both underhood and underdash), make sure there is a fuse in every place it needs to be with the correct amperage.

the simplest things can make life difficult, so knock the simple things out first.

Yea thats what I meant, I swapped the Relay unerneath the dash on the fuse box with the one out of my integra. I checked all of the fuses underneath the dash last night and im going to check every fuse on the car today. Do you happen to know where the fuel pump connects on the harness?? Thank you for your knowledge.

Still no start! I checked all the easy stuff. There is something kinda weird though. The check engine light is staying on the whole time (Dosn't turn off when ignition is in the ACC position), so I don't think the computer is even doing any system checks??? I think the Ecu may be shot but im not sure. Its a P13 so im going to go find a P28 and see if that works.

did you check all the fuses yet? I know I get a solid CEL when turning the key to the on position if the 10A backup fuse is blown on my car(92 honda prelude).

Does it still start? I checked every fuse on this thing. But now that you say that about the back up fuse??? I think one of mine is missing!

nope, does not start at all. I believe the backup fuse is in main relay circuit. I'll have to double check. I know when I had a solid CEL and turn the key to the on position, I couldn't hear the main relay click like it usually does.

Right on man. I think its a bigger issue than that though. I can't find the thermo ground anywhere???? I have no Idea! Unless its because the harness is JDM?

Id run a +12v and ground right into the pump to make sure that the pump still works. If it turns on then start tracing down the wiring.
