Default HELP with B16a2 in 92 hatch...

I am using the stock Civic CX harness on the 99 Civic Si B16, but there are a few differences. I know that I have to add the wires for the VTEC solenoid, and VTEC oil pressure, but what about the injectors? Is there any differences between the OBD1 and the OBD2 injectors??
Also, the alternator harness is different on the two...the Civic 92 harness has a four wire harness, and the 99 Si one only has three wires. There is a black/yellow on both, which is ignition, but none of the other wires are the same colours.
I am using a P28 92-95 Civic Si SOHC VTEC computer with Hondata Stage 3.
Anyone who knows, please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
Jay
