Default Help in advancing timing on the Hybrid

I wanted to advance the timing on my 95 eg/97 b18c1 hybrid, but I couldn't locate the plug to jump the computer?? I had the swap done at a shop several months ago. All i see is a red, black, and white wire connected to the ecu. Does this mean i can't advance the timing?

the ecu jumper connector is next to the glove box on the right. Reach up behind the panel and you will feel it. Its the 2 wire brown connector.
