Default Help on 6th Gen Accord H22 Swap

I got the car with the motor and manual tranny in, yes, auto to manual. It is a 1999 Accord LX with an OBD1 H22 swap, manual tranny conversion, OBD1 P13 ECU and OBD2-OBD1 conversion harness. Got it running and what not, but has no speedometer and throws a code 41 (primary 02 sensor heater). Any pointers?

well.. that should be easy, recheck ur wiring and make sure the o2 sensor wires are not crossed or anything.. that should be just plug and play, then if anything.. replace the o2 sensor.

All I know is that it is OBD2 version 2 to OBD1. Not sure who made it.
All the wires are in the original location, I did not repin any of the harness. What is am hearing is that I need to repin for the 02 and Speedo. Just not sure to where or even if that is the problem.

If your speedometer doesn't work...is your VSS hooked up? (Vehicle Speed Sensor) it's in the top of the tranny at the back.

It is hooked up. I have checked and rechecked it to see that everything was in the correct pin at the VSS.

Got the 02 sensor problem fixed. Turns out on the OBD1 P13, the heater circuit gets its power from the coolant sensor circuit. So, I just tapped into it, and bingo, no more code...
Now for the VSS.

Hey Jason (FSTASNTZ) What engine mount did you use for the driver side? Did you use the bracket from a prelude?

Thanks.

I used the prelude bracket for my swap, so it's likely that he did also unless he redrilled his stock one.

I have a 2001 h22 turbo accord. for the driver mount i used part prelude and some steel to extend it. but there is another way,i heard the euro r will work.im researching it now ,and it looks promissing!as for the speedomiter it could be a few things, first does work at all ?if not, you have a bad connection from the vss. This can happen if you if you pull the plug to hard,it pulls the pins slightly out of wack.also you can tone with a multi meter to the ecu.make sure the pins are correct.im me if you need more help.good luck
