First off, let's call the heads by their appropriate names. I have no idea what a ****** W, Q, C, T or A head is.
B18C(1)- P72
B16/B17-PR3
B18C(5)- Very Mildly Ported and Polished PR3. P73
Next time be more specific insted of blabbing all this gay ricer talk. Then you'll get results.
Most people find that P72 heads are more desireable. It's my understanding that all of the Honda All-Motor drag cars are using the P72 head. Evidently, it tends to have more power potential due to its smaller combustion chamber and more desireable port location.
The PR3 is alright, but ultimately it will not produce the kind of gains a P72 will. An R-spec PR3 is fine if you just bolt it on, but it's difficult to work with as the factory port job doesn't lend itself to tweaking.
I know other people could add so much more, or you could search...
