I am working on another swap, i havve a 92 canadian built dx hatch with a model year 2000 b18c1 usdm and a 1995 p72 stock ecu. I purchased a cluster from an si(with the tach), i was told it was plug and play and it does not work. So i thought i got burned on the cluster, i went ahead and bought another cluster and this one doesn't work.
By the way i only have three plugs to hookup two are the large ones on either end and one yellow one(i think abs), the green one on the cluster is empty. according to helms the tach runs off one of the big plugs. Please help, there is no way both clusters are bad, i bought them off highly reputable sellers.
I thought it may be related to the fact i am running a 2000 model year b18.

undo the battery for 3 minutes before you undo the srs plug just to be safe. a guy i know that works at honda said that its possible for the airbag to deploy if you don't. but i haven't ever heard of it happening. and then its just plug and play.
