Default H2B smoking

I just got my car wired up and vtec is kicking in the only problem is my friend was following me home and he noticed that he saw some white smoke when I was driving on the free way. Some one told me that it might be a head gasket leaking, if that true how can I find out?? Or any ideas why the car is leading white smoke out of the exhuast, it's not a-lot just a little bit. The vehicle is running lean with the stock fuel pump.

If its a blown head gasket then you are burning coolant. The smoke will be white/bluish and should smell sweat.

It might be because it hasn't been driven in a long time. What ecu are you using?
