Default h2b shifting problem

Hey, was wondering if you guys have problem shifting at high rpm(8k) with your h2b setup? I can only seem to granny shift sometimes, otherwise it would grind like hell. Seems like as if you are forcing it into gears without pressing in the clutch. I Changed out the master cylinder, slave cylinder, changed from s4c to jdm s80 type r tranny, adjusted my clutch pedal higher so it'll engage and disengage fully, bleed it 10x times, still hard to shift at high rpm 7k-8k. My first tranny got kind of mess up cause of this, hard to get into first gear now and gear shifting seems way stiffer. Dont want this to happen to my s80 that Im using right now. Let me know what you guys did to reslove this problem. Running H2b evo kit, with competetion stage 5 clutch. I was reading some other post, some people was guessing that it might be the flywheel being too thick, or the competetion clutch not working that well with the setup. Really need help on this as I cant resolve it myself. Any help is appreciated.

I've heard of several people having this problem using the EVO kit. I have the QSD kit and have never had this problem. Sorry I know this doesn't really help you, but your not the only one. Like you said, I have heard about problems using the competition clutches with this set-up. There are a couple other threads on this i believe, try and search. GL

im going to guess that you bleed the slave cylinder each time you broke the lines. which pressure plate do you use? are the bolts tight on every thing? is there somthing that will take up the space that the adapter plate adds such as a plate that would go between the crank and fly wheel? is the slave cylinder adjustible???not that they are usualy.

theres a whole thread about this issue thats already been addressed. when I find the thread I will post it for you. but yeah I have the QSD kit and never had a problem unlike the evo kit. I remember reading that it might have something to do with the fork. Thats why the evo kits have a custom made fork thats extended now. when did you buy your kit? was it recent?
