Start out with the basic bolt ons and a camshaft(cam gear) and tune it. That should get you into the 230s easily.

i made 208 whp and 161 tq with a completely stock jdm h22. only had a camp1320 header. if you can find a euro r manifold i think it will yield better results. im still trying to find one right now. evolution h2b comes with mounts already i think? i think there were issues with people not being able to get into gear with the evo kit. the issue was being that the kit would only work with certain clutch kits. im in the process of taking out my motor and rebuilding it with mild upgrades same as yours. i'll tell you how it goes.

DC HEADER = 1-3 whp 3-400 bucks
Kidd racing /ssr/hytech =15-20 whp 375-1200 bucks
euro R-roskoracing 5-8 whp
3 to 3.5 inch cold air with bpi stack
pro 1s

guy made 230 with stock header so if your motor is healthy i could see 240-50

Alright thanks for the input i just talked to my friend who had one before and he told me Skunk2 Pro 1 Cams or the kit that has the cam gear also,Skunk2 Titanium Valves,Springs,Retainers,Type S Pistons,Eagle Rods or some other Forged Rod,Skunk2 Pro Series Intake Mani or The euro R,Hytech head for rear good instant power,The Massive Carbon Fiber Intake from Password Jdm,P28 Ecu with a Hondata S300 or the JDM h22ecu,And MSD ignition box for a 2step,and a Vibrant exhaust along with some Street Radials for the Track and some Falken Azenies of some good tire like that for the Streets...So what do you think of the list im sure with all this and a good tune im looking at 230whp?

if your using forged rods you mid as well get better pistions too.
get a p28 with crome ectune or if you just like spending money s300. the jdm h22 ecu will not run your build safly. & it has 2 step on all 2 of them to save from buying msd.
if your buyin street tires & drag tires just buy slicks there about the same price & youll be faster ,just preload & donw come out on low rpms that couse wheel hop & that sir breaks axels.
aem cold air or for lil more power have a 3.5 one custom made just make it cold air or out the head light.

thats all IMO that is. im pretty sure youll get 230 + easy

Well i was going with a P28ecu with hondata, the forged rods with the type s pistons if thats possible if not aftermarket will be fine with me,and where i go to get a Custom 3.5inch intake made i dont want cold air a long ram is fine with me or short ram,and as far as tires well my car is gonna be dailydriven around town if i need a work vehicle i will purchase a Crx or something small like that and efficient but with the H2b in my car what tires would be recommended to hook up on the street if i wanna go to a remote spot and step on it a bit and also good in rain too? i Know falken azenies are good anything better if it helps i am gonna be on 15inch Rota Circuit 10s?

But with all these mods and power how reliable will this motor be to be drivin day to day?

Hes saying its as good as the tuner. Find a tuner in your area and see what programs he is familiar with.
