Default H2B or H2D? EF h23vtec

Anybody know advantages of use B series transmission with H engine and use D series transmission with H engine..?
I know some simple causes .. like better ratio ..lsd swap ..weight...
but I`m not sure about Go H2D or H2B

My engine is H23a VTEC (Accord wagon) & my shell is 89`s civic si (EF3)
That project would be `OFF ROAD USE DRAG CAR` .. So it shouldnt be for dailydrive ..
I ve both Y1 CABLE B Series Transmission and L3 Cable Civic Si `ZC` Transmission.

There is a lot of good info in here - https://honda-tech.com/forums/hybrid-engine-swaps-18/h2b-f2b-faq-1998426/ . Its a good place to start, and maybe help you pinpoint whats most practical for you.
