H23 SWAP INTO 93 CIVIC HATCHBACK...NEED HELP!!!!!!
Im looking at a h23 motor NON vtec with tranny and ecu only for $950 i dont know if thats a good deal or not.... im really interested in this motor swap not very many people have it. Im new to hondas and imports so i want to know what i need to get to do this swap correctly i was told that this is a very hard and complicated swap for the hatch back civic. i want to get a list of things with price ranges if anyone can help me out with this information i would greatly apreciate it. im looking forward to do this swap.thank you sooo much

That's because you were probably talking to a pretty-boy with a b-series swap.

Yeah, the hatchback's are the hardest to swap an H into. If you had a coupe it would bolt right in.

Ha the hardest part of the swap is cutting the mount and the hole for the shifter. That's only cause I have to barrow the tools....lol
