mess up the frame no, but yes it does lean the wrong way and will give you understeer problems.
As for it understeering a lot... a huge myth. People need to go out and drive a H22 Civic for themselves before they say this or that about what their HEARD. Go here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=183552
Perfect example of how a H22 Civic handles on a sanctioned Road Race course.
BTW, here's an old pict:
Ran a best of 12.6 @ 119mph on slicks... all motor, stock motor. 100 shot of NOS is added... time to go time it again....

Re: h22swap (97hb)
Also if you looked at a stock H22 engine in a lude, it has a tilt backwards as well which is what I noticed while using the HCP mountkit.. So its similar to its stock position..

why do people give out false information? information which they haven't experienced 1st hand. those people are dumb as dirt. vtectuning? who the **** are they? i live in no. va and haven't heard of them. my h22 doesn't lean back towards the firewall. and even if it did, i'd think that would be better for handling. h22/civic's (if done right) do not handle like ****. they handle just fine for everyday driving. there isn't as much "fabrication" as they say there is either. one stock mount needs to be taken out in some cases and that's it. there's your major fabrication. VTECTUNING SUCKS! get information from people with experience and not hearsay.

Do you have any pictures of your interior?? I used my Accord shift lever and it doesnt seem like the Civic center console is going to fit over it. I just wanted to see what other people were using..

Its not a civic...but same platform.....
and handling is great in my integra.....after adding a type r sway bar and a few other suspension parts...my handling is way better than it was stock...even with the h22's added weight up front...

As for installation, very easy and quick. Believe it or not, it's faster to bolt in a H22 motor than a B-series motor (took us 12 minutes to get it all bolted up.... the easy way is to have the motor on the ground, drop the chassis ontop of it, bolt the rear mount first, then sides and you're set).

Re: h22swap (Newman)
You use a mount kit, which replaces all of your stock mounts. Only the HCP mount kit (which I use and sell) does not require any cutting/welding in the engine bay. Therefore, if I really wanted to, I can throw a B-series motor back into my car and it'll bolt right in.

maybee im wrong, but in almost every picture of a h22/hcp mount kit installed i see that they have cut the passenger side trans mount??
