H22a Transmission / Axle Issues
I have the JDM H22a Motor in my 92 Civic hatch, I had the accord f22 transmission in it for a little while everything worked great, then I decided to go with the jdm h22a transmission, I'm having a bit of axle issues now with the h22a transmission. I'm using an accord half shaft, with a 1989 integra axle with the 1993 accord inner joint, and for the passager side im using a straight 90-93 integra axle, I can't determined my problem exactly, sometimes it will click and other times it wont only while turning, the axles are brand new both along with the inner accord joint, what would be making it click if the axles aren't rubbing and it seems like there is some play in the axle so it doesnt bind up, becasue the axles are on an angle would it sometimes bind up ? Anyone have an axle issue like mine before ? Now As for the transmission , I can shift up all my gears and now recently over the last week its been getting harder to shift threw my gears now it is the point only sometimes I can get it to shift in to 3rd when down shifting, it doesn't grind when it wont shift just seems like there isn't a spot for the gear to be shift too. Like the gear doesnt exist, any have any ideas of my problem ?

Re: H22a Transmission / Axle Issues (shox-h22a)
Damn, kinda sounds like my issue. Got a h22a in a 98 hb and have a prelude inner and 98 integra outers. If I turn hard while gassing it to the right I get mad binding sounds and feeling but when gassing it to the the left alls great. Recently I have been having probs getting into 2nd from 3rd and have always had probs grinding into 5th.

My car grinds into 5th. Recently 2nd and 3rd gear has been grinding a bit as well. My car isn't dropped that much, about an inch drop. I've got no binding issues I know of.

Re: (Pikachu)
clicking in the axles usually mean the joint is fucked.... even with grease in them the joint can go to hell. Even remanufactured axles come bad from the factory. A 98 axle is too long for your application anyway.
