Default h22a in a teg, engine harness question

the car is obd1, the engine is obd1, i guess that the engine harness has to be obd1, but the only people that have some for sale that i know of say 90-93 and 94-00, but i know that obd2 started in 96, so they arent people i am willing to buy specific parts from. one question is what years are obd1, and does anyone have an obd1 integra (ls rs or gsr) harness for sale?

buy a 92-95 civic vx harness (already wired for VTEC and EGR). in the end you use 70% civic and 30% prelude harness. if your know what your doing the wiring wil take you at least 8 hours.
