H22A into 88-91 civic
I was asked to do an H22a swap into a 89 Civic Si. I have never done any H22 swap. I can't seem to find any info on this particular swap. If someone could help me out with a link or info on the swap that would be great.

The EF (88-91) engine bay is smaller than the EG/EK bays. You can install an H22 into an EF but it's a lot more difficult, that's the main reason why you don't see as many as compared to the later models. I think that a GSR, ITR or LS/CRVTEC - B series being the key word here would be a better choice overall for any EF Civic/CRX. Do some research here and on the net and I'm sure you will uncover the answers to most if not all of your questions.
