H22 won't charge
I did a 97 H22 swap to a 97 Civic hatch CX. I use a Skunk OBD2-OBD1 jumper for a P28 ecu. The car won't charge at all with the P28 ecu. I know the jumper is right. When I use the OBD2 ecu (96 gsr) it charge but with a CEL. Anyone have any idea?
