Default h22 swap into 96 hatch injector question

i have been reading most of the night in different threads that obd-1 swaps use a resistor box. which i did know that.

i am doing a 2000 h22a4 swap in my 96 hatch with a 98 ex harness. now the question is do i need to put a resistor box in line with the 00' injectors or not?
