Default h22 swap idle problems?

I just finished swapping an H22 into an 99dx, and everything is fine, except when I'm driving, the rpm does not come down, until I come to a complete stop. When I'm coming to a stop, and I put the car in neutral, it will stay at ~3000 rpm until I come to a complete stop.

you check the things I was tellin you about earlier?

make sure the fast idle screw is all the way in..

there is a plate on the back lower part of the throttle body and a screw inside..

burp the coolant system. lower the idle screw (screw it into the TB), make sure there is no vacuum leaks.

make sure all hoses are sealed and all nipples on the intake manifold are closed or going somewhere.

also take off your IACV and wash it with brake cleaner or carb cleaner.

HTH.

That just sounds like your throttle cable is sticking. What bracket and line are you using for it. It just needs to be adjusted..

Yeah, mine does almost the same thing because my throttle cable is slightly sticking.

I'm going to have to fabricate a new throttle cable bracket to hold my ultra long cable properly.
