Default h22 NO POWER HELP!!!!

Hello guys,
recently i put a ridiculous amount of time swapping an h22a4 (no atts) from a 99' lude into my 90' civic si hatch. I had it wired by rywire. i am using obd-0 injectors from my d16a6. and a p-28 ecu that was previously chipped by the guy i bought it from. this is what rywire reccomended. every thing is pretty much stock. it runs alright. the idle surges from 1100-2200 rpm for the first minute after starting, then it goes away and it runs smooth but an engine light comes on. When i am driving it it feels slower than the D i got rid of. expecially in gears 1 and 2. i cant really FEEL vtec kick in but the rpms pick up fairly quick after 5500. does this particular tranny have horrible ratios or something? All i heard was how fast this thing in this chassis will be. its slow as poop. ANY help will be perfect, thanks.
ps: it doesnt handle as bad as everyone says, not as good as with the D but still good.

I would replace the injectors as soon as posible and get the saturated injectors for the 99 lude if your going to use the the P28 or the peak & hold injectors from the H22a1 and use the p13 ecu, If I was you I would go with the peak & hold injectors and the JDM ECU or the USDM ecu. I would gladly help if you're in southern cali, LA area. IM if you need more info.

If i were to switch to say a p13 ecu as you said would it just plug right in or would i have to get the jumper harness rewired? you think this is the prob? also the guy at rywire wired the injector harness to run the obd-0 injectors. not sure why.

Definately start with fuel and ignition. spark plugs, distributor etc. check your fuel filter as well as posible swap out injectors like qfactor suggested. i think your fine with the p28 if its already been tuned for that motor it should be fine you might wanna just get it tuned again though. also check all your vacuum lines which can throw off your idle easily and check all your sensor plugs.

do you think it would be better to use the stock injectors from the lude? or to get bigger obd-0 ones? the only thing with the obd-0 ones is that the ecu is not set up to run anything else than the stock lude ones. right?
